How to Ease Your Fibromyalgia Pain

Fibromyalgia has many in its grip of constant pain but there is a natural method for pain relief – the Trager® Approach. The success of the Trager® Approach is in its gentle approach. Clients do not feel discomfort during a session like they occasionally do in conventional massage. That’s because the session is concentrated on balancing the mind/body so your system goes returns to a tranquil state of being.

Many clients who walk into a Trager session with pain at a 8 or 9 level leave with their pain reduced to a 1 or 2.
